| Comment | Has anyone ever managed to make a successful delay repay claim against ScotRail?
Took a train down South a couple of weeks back but train to Waverley was delayed so missed connector. The chap that helped us out said I can apply for a partial refund. Filled out the form but it's turning out to be incredibly tedious, unsuprisingly. Unsure, if it's worth persevering if they are going to keep bouncing it back to me for extra info. |
