No they don't, this isn't true in the slightest. I work with health visitors (Doctors, OT'S, Nurses etc) in the area on a regular basis and the only time they would visit a property in twos is if the individual within the property has been flagged as requiring a two person visit, a system that is applied all over the country and is in no way unique to Govanhill.
There's plenty of scaremongering and myth around Govanhill and a lot of perpetuated by falsehoods such as this. There are plenty of issues in the area which are being resolved slowly but this overshadowed by this kind of made up shite from someone who has a history of posting shite. Also, the Govanhell patter? Tragic Da stuff.
