| Comment | I totally understand why people are so hopeful, I’m exactly the same, but is there not a bit of jumping the gun even planning this kind of thing atm? There’s a distinct diff between having a football stadium a fifth full and a sweaty rave tent. Look at state of the Netherlands by going too soon, England doing the same, Wembley should never have had 60k in it, nightclubs got disaster looming with this refusal to do passports. And of course the tickets already bought for these gigs will mostly be held onto not refunded, techno crowd is loyal, so there’s a lot of events raking it in knowing the risk of ongoing cancellation is high. Should we even be promising just now that the event will happen next March? Got the luxury of guessing that. |
