I actual hate collections in this country it's a joke that anyone thinks this is a good system.
Should be a weekly system
Recycle Bins on a Mon - Tues - Wednes, general collection on the Thursday so anything still left out and not emptied gets papped in there.
Easy, boom, put taxes up £20 to cover it. Make that Bezos cunt front 90% of it if we must.
