For me, this is the norm at the moment, especially at rush hour where they get very picky about the trips, I use cabs a fair bit, and they consistently cancel on me at least once or twice. Worst part there's no way to voice displeasure, because Uber refuses to keep a record of people who accept but cancel.

Don't understand exactly how it works, but it's clearly systematic and I'm sick of it.
