| Comment | Pre covid I’d say a hug and a peck on the cheek when you meet but currently that might be crossing a boundary for some people . I honestly don’t know what to advise .. I’d personally be very tempted to fire her a message and just tell her that I’d normally greet her with a hug but I understand some people are anxious about physical contact right now so I’ll offer a fist bump and if she’d prefer a hug I’m cool with that .
A busy bar with lots going on to fill silences would be my choice .. somewhere with a relaxed atmosphere like West brewery.
And remember , and I can’t stress this enough .. I absolutely guarantee she is as nervous as you are . That is without question , FACT .
