I used to coach competitive swimmers and also worked teaching everyone from toddlers to those with physical disabilities and beginner adults. Genuinely, the adults were bu far the worst. Lots of people are so embarrassed to be there (they shouldn’t be) that they turn it in to a strange sideshow where everything is all about how funny it is to be there. Nobody learns how to swim that way.. |
