| Comment | Have issues with this too, find usually Hermes tend to deliver to my downstairs 1/1 neighbour - caught the driver once and they said they weren't allowed to go up higher floors, which was stupid to me so I complained to the customer services team who said they would highlight it for future deliveries. Thankfully, I don't seem to have many deliveries from them so it's a rare thing. Amazon seem to mistype my address on their labels removing the / from the flat position so it shows as 2 1 then the house number which confuses the drivers and such a lot - keep complaining to Amazon but they never fix it despite it showing properly on my account. |
