| Comment | Get in touch with the courier's customer service team if anything as the responsibility is with the courier. They might pass it on to the local courier team, they might not, but worth a shot.
Check your address is formatted correctly as someone else has mentioned. I used to live at a 2/1, 17 and sometimes the address formatting would fuck up and be misread as 1 17 and end up on the first floor. Try using a - instead of a / as sometimes the slash gets removed.
Put a note through door downstairs or catch them if you see them in the close. I get that there's a language barrier but sometimes you just need to deal with neighbours in a tenement. They might be able to read English well and they can always translate stuff they don't understand in their own time. |
