Think this is probably my best bet. I've took off the aerator and measured it spent a good chunk of my evening trying to work out what the hell BSP thread size is, but I'm pretty sure I just need a 3/4" BSP adaptor. Saves me having to deal with the mental neighbours and calling out a plumber and whatever.
