| Comment | Most of the flats are owned but unoccupied, not sure how that places you for right to roam, I imagine provided the doors are open/off you should be OK.
Be careful in some of the buildings. Particularly around doors & windows (common failure points in tenaments) a few of the buildings have been condemned & are not in habitable condition. The bad ones 'should' be marked with signage & heras fencing. |
