We used to live on Park Circus Lane. There are literally only 2 or 3 cars that can fit there but it is free. The main thing is to park so that the bin lorry can still get past and not to obstruct the garage entrances.
This was before they started building the new flats there (are they finished yet?) so it may have changed.
