Comment | They see flexibility as a plus, but the flexibility only goes one way. They don't see that they need to be flexible for you, only you for them and see that as a great thing.
Zero hour contracts have a place, but every job becoming one isn't the place. I worked a zero hour a few years ago to fit round my studying, worked for me as they knew the times I couldn't work and fit round that. Doesn't work for everyone, and the way companies seem to use them now, doesn't work for anyone really. |
