| Comment | If the kid’s 9-10years old and up screaming all day and night, plus being dropped off in the middle of the night, I would agree there is an issue with the child as you’d expect that age to not do this.
I’d agree with being super nice and when you go up to talk to them about it, include asking about the couple and how they’re getting on with disturbed sleep. It’ll be less confrontational and look like you’re on their side so they might be more likely to try something. If they are stand offish it might get them chatting and you can get more info on the situation, like if this is just for the summer holidays and therefore an end is in sight!
I think suggesting taking the kid out to run off some energy might work a bit for him.
