My next door neighbour used to get in to screaming fights at all times of the day. I heard him at like 4am one day and just went round and just about smashed his door down and told him to stop shouting. He said sorry, didn't realise what time it was etc.
I've had to do it twice since them but the shouting has significantly reduced since I moved in.
