They said "unlikely" , but having a kid keeping you awake at 2.30am is not normal. If mediation and other avenues are exhausted, then I would push it via a Councillor. At Least to make them aware the situation in flats is shit and people shouldn't suffer in silence. Especially when we are workers and often the numpties making noise don't seem to have a job unless being a cunt is a job. |
