After 2 months of hunting my advice is keep putting offers at what YOU believe the house is worth, when you find a house that you really really like go straight to the owner or letting agent and say (if the house is worth 120k) 130k and you take the house off the market. You have absolutely nothing to lose.
That's how I got my house, went saw it and made an offer on the spot and told them to take it off the market.
Some places in dennistoun are definitely within your price range just keep looking |
