That's mostly the issues here in Cumbernauld tbh. Certin streets seem to have a higher proportion of wee bams and junkies though.
Not saying everyone in those streets are bad, far from it, but certainly Millcroft road in Cumbernauld has more than it's fair share of wee arseholes you wouldn't want being your neighbour, and a MASSIVE problem with flytipping.
