| Comment | I can recommend Nightingale Counselling Services, went there a few years ago for panic disorder. The website is a bit duff (stock images galore) but I sent them an email and the owner got in touch within a day to arrange a quick chat about what I wanted. She matched me up to a suitable counsellor and took it from there. My sessions were mostly around CBT so bear that in mind, but it doesn't hurt to have a chat with them to see if they're a good fit. |
