| Comment | I had 4 different estate agents over to value our house a month or two ago, and they all said that they cannot see the market going higher than it is now. A dip is inevitable. At the moment everybody is moving because the ability to work from home is there. But with furlough ending that might change as some people go back to the office and others are made redundant. The market will fall, if you can afford to wait. |
