Have to agree with this. Checking historical (sold) prices for this sort of flat on Zoopla and they were selling for 130k in 2019. I appreciate the market has gone up and one sold last year for 173k, but that's still not much above your (now lower) offers over. In this case the (IMO) high home report value might be putting people off. At the prices you are asking for you are well into 2/3 bed tenement territory which are typically larger and more desirable (with all the problems with tenements that people that don't live in them typically overlook).

TBH I'd just stick with it, don't drop the price further and sit it out. I don't think there's anything wrong with your decor or pictures, although you've mentioned a few times that the rooms are bigger than presented, did they use a fish-eye lens to take the photos? Usually rooms look \_bigger\_ on these listings rather than smaller so that's odd. It's a new build and it looks like one, and it looks in pretty much showhome condition. If people don't like the colour they can paint.
