Finding ingredients good enough for a decent Mexican or tex-mex meal is shite! I get that the climate isn't ideal, but my goodness. Trying to find a good selection of jalepeños or serranos shouldn't be this difficult. And it's hot or miss finding perfect avocados.
I made this choice to live here though. And I love it besides this little issue.
