Yeah, we sort of made peace that we'd be forced to pay more than £400, for now our upper limit is about £450 per person. But we've noticed that there is a recent huge influx of flats that are priced >£1100 per month (whole flat, not per person though) and I hope that's not a sign of a wider trend...
