I can’t think of any resources at the moment (I too am just off a long shift) but I have seen old pictures of Shawlands (I live there too). It was shops like the greengrocers, bakers, butchers, hardware and pubs too of course. It is Scotland after all. Will get back to you if I can think if actual resources
