| Comment | The Marriott hotel is rumoured to be haunted by a man who committed suicide. He left a note that only said sorry to his mother. I heard a few stories from staff there, but the one that sticks out is the laundry room - the washing machines apparently fell silent and when the member of staff looked around she saw something for a brief moment (she admitted that might have been her imagination) before it disappeared and the machines turned on again. A few people who worked there who certainly didn't believe in ghosts or anything told similar stories. |
