Could be a class opportunity actually. You can get grants to renovate a close to attract a factor from the council. Possibly add value to your home.
Factors are a shower but i’m glad I have one to mediate on any issues with neighbours. If you don’t include buildings insurance and each get that yourself it’ll be a lot cheaper. Currently pay 37 quid a month to the factor - basically covers cleaning and being an intermediary for repairs etc |
