Fuck me bro u are a disaster.

Here's how I would make it nice (not traditional bring the hate bring your changes let's see what you've got reddit)

Chop an onion
Chop a carrot
Get mince


Put a big pot on high heat, once pan is hot (wave hand over) chuck in mince.
Mince is so fatty, so stir it up and it will release the fat.
CONTROL THE HEAT - that's all cooking is. So maybe turn it down to a 6 after a min or two.
Once the mince is brown, u will have brown crap sticking to the bottom of the pan. GLORIOUS FLAVOUR.
Tip the mince out into a colander like its pasta and get rid of all that grease.
Leave it to the side.

Put thr same pot back on the heat.
Chuck in your carrots and onion (keep it at 6) and gently cook them down, take your time no rush, maybe 15 min, maybe 20min, if u wait until the onions start to go slightly brown they will taste sweet as fuck.
SCRAPE THE FUCK OUT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAN DURING THIS PROCESS.
Now u have delicious beefy flavour.

Once that's done, chuck the mince back in
Get a knorr stock pot beef flavour and mix it up, pour some in. Not too much, you just want it a bit wet. I wouldn't go for more than 300ml to be honest that would probably be enough. Use judgement learned from previous steps.

Simmer it up until you can't wait any longer.

Make tatties

Plop tatties on one side of plate, plop mince on other
Put kilt on
Sing flower of Scotland
Kiss a haggis
Voila
