| Comment | What kind of survey are you looking for? Is it concerns regarding the buildings condition? If so you'd be far better going to a structural surveyor, an RICS surveyor likely won't give you anything more than whats on the home report.
External surveys are a thing, normally conducted with a set of binoculars rather than a drone mind, I have no idea what the rules would be regarding conducting a survey prior to missives without the sellers knowledge.
