i'm not an expert, but i feel like I would wait bc parvo is no joke. I've seen a pal of mine carrying their puppy around in a little sling thing like a baby to get some outside socialisation/exposure without having direct contact with other dogs? I'm not super experienced with puppies (we have cats) so idk if thats an option but maybe someone else could confirm or
