If the bin men aren't able to get in, then clearly the new code hasn't been communicated to them, so someone needs to be there with the door open waiting for them. At the same time you could ask them what they think the code is and find out if they can update their app or whatever they use to note it down
Similarly if the problem is that the have the right code but are sacking it off because they don't want to deal with the backlog - the solution is exactly the same, be there waiting for them |
