Usually I would agree with you but the other week when it was sunny I walked through Glasgow green after work (about 4ish) and every bin was full and overflowing and some even had bin bags sat beside them with birds trying to get to any scrap of food in them. The bin were still full when I walked to work the next morning. I If the council were doing their job by providing enough bins and actually emptying them then it would help a lot.
I also think that because the place is such a shit hole people just don't bother cleaning up after themselves. What's one crisp pack amongst the rest of the rubbish. |
