| Comment | Think its a Scottish problem to be honest. Was in ayr during the week and some young fella had a takeaway, he just took the sandwich out the wrapper and chucked it on the path. This was in broad daylight on a busy street. Seems to be a pervasive attitude that the council will look after it, that its someone else’s problem, that just because he didn’t bother someone else would. |
