The council is broke- the council tax freeze and equal pay dispute (though of course necessary) cleared out their pockets and infrastructure is really starting to creek because of this. You can claim that Glaswegians are inherently more clatty than others but that absolves the council of guilt.
In Manchester I’ve seen street sprayers heading around dirty parts of town a couple of times a month- I don’t think I saw that more than twice in six years of living in Glasgow. |
