My partner is from Eastern Europe and is shocked at the lack of bins. He said in his home city there's bins on almost every corner and on busy streets one on every second lamppost. Parks usually have bins by every bench and several along paths and a few in more open spaces. He also said they get emptied several times a day. Why can't we have that sort of service here?
