| Comment | Glasgow city council is a problem. They seem to think cutting services encourages people to recycle. I do recycle and Im just thankful that my flat area has plenty of bins cause in my old place it was torture, you were keeping bins inside and run out as soon as the bin men had been.
The other problem is cultural. A lot of people toss their trash on the streets and dont give it a 2nd thought. I see it all the time and people would sooner stand and moan about Nicola Sturgeon not caring than actually do something themselves or direct their complaint to the right place. |
