Record Fayre at Trongate if it's still open is great. Monorail is nearby and has a small second hand section (great selection of new LPs and reissues too) and Love Music by Queen St. station is good too. Missing Records is a treasure trove as well, but I'm not sure where they've moved to - somewhere close to Central Station. Happy hunting!
