Good on you for trying to address it.

I too pretty much numbed myself with weed after a close family member died. It helped for a bit but when you start basing your day on when you can have a toke next then that’s a problem.

I would recommend getting into some sort of psychical exercise be it cycling, walking or a sport of some sort because if you quit as you will get the post weed hump big time and will need a new outlet to focus on.

You might fall off the rails sometimes but that’s okay. I have social circles that still smoke today am I might possibly have a puff when at their house, but I leave it when I leave them. If you can stop having weed in the house that will help a lot, because then rolling one can be as easy as making a cup of tea eh!

Good luck on your new path and like the other posters said everybody has had some kind of vice or other during lockdown so don’t be too hard on yourself.
