Comment	I cant offer you help, but I can say not to beat yourself up and can tell you from personal experience that you are not alone. Both me and my fiance are daily smokers who like you, got worse with it over the lockdown and are now trying to kick the habit. It is hard going! Thanks for this post as I will also use the advice here.
