Yep 28 days notice all you need to provide. I'm a landlord so if you told me you were coming for only 3 months I wouldn't choose you over a potentially longer term tenant but if you didn't tell me there would be nothing I could do about it. And tbh I wouldn't be pissed, getting the flats rented out to new tenants is pretty easy
