| Comment | I reported him to the licensing board (is that the correct term? This was ten years ago) and to my recollection by the time they came to review the case he’d retired. Like I say I wasn’t badly hurt (approaching a blind junction I was on my brakes and had one foot down almost, so when he knocked me I came to a hopping skid and the bike moved out from under me) so I didn’t take it any further.
My pedal left a mighty gash in his door though. If I remember rightly they aren’t allowed to drive damaged so he definitely had to deal with that. |
