| Comment | It's takes time to get a decent property, and a suitable landlord. Set up alerts and phone or book an appointment ASA(don't rely on emails) . If they have Alot of interest they may book one appointment for a few people.
Also remember you can give one months notice to leave the property.
So you could temporarily get a better more expensive flat until your able to get what you want. Or get a not ideal place until you get a place you want.
