There's always been pervs since the beginning of time, but in recent years the open availability of porn has massively increased. The number of sex crimes is massively on the rise.
Asian men from very strict cultures see our culture where women can do as they please and go out drinking etc as if its one big town of sin so to speak. A lot of them are raised that if a women behaves that way she's a sinner or a slut so they openly act like they are.
You wouldn't find this man approaching a woman with a hijab or niqab asking for sex blatantly.
Also 20 years ago people would have been way quicker to call this out than now. |
