I get what you are saying but some people do have jobs and stuff which might preclude them from being on their phone literally all day. The folks I was helping look were both employed had a household income of around £45K with good credit and references and were applying for £700-£800 flats and still had like 15 applications rejected. Now imagine how much harder it is for a student this time of year. It is absolutely possible, I would say even likely, to get unlucky 107 times. Market is crazy right now.
