1 - An actual fly tipping fine is usually £200

2 - a littering fine is £80

3 - all littering fines, while collected by the Council or CSG have to report it to the PF who then chooses whether to prosecute or not.

4 - if you appeal within the 14 days, the 14 day allowance is essentially paused until the appeal is dealt with.

5 - finding names in addresses in dumped litter is often how fly tippers are identified.

6 - there is insufficient evidence to garner a conviction IMO.
