| Comment | From a legal viewpoint the only thing the have evidence of is that a box with your name and I assume address was found in this alleyway which prompted a fly tipping fine. That of itself is not evidence of actual fly tipping and certainly not evidence of you fly tipping, it is circumstantial at best. What you do with that information is up to you as it appears only you know if you engaged in fly tipping as the evidence may suggest an involvement but does not by itself, prove it. |
