I have never owned a property so clearly I can not imagine what kind of problems you must have faced and it is impossible for me to empathise but I really wonder: do you have a pet? Have you ever had a pet?
The general suggestion that if I have a dog I live like a dog is borderline insulting (I don t mean you. You have been kind)
And coming back to people and smells. Do you think people can live in a situation you describe and it smell themselves? You would not be able to tell when you meet them? It's the lack of fairness of me having to carry the consequences for other peoples' behaviour that drives me up the wall. |
