I understand it is hard to find balance. But I wonder if the quest to minimise risk which is entirely based on stereotyping (obvs correct me if you base it on any other data) is not leaving you to have to search for tenants more often.


You say "lead tenant" which makes me think you go for people sharing. Those obvs will move around more. Also shared living, especially with people that don't know each other is mostly just filthy because it's no ones house and no one cares. Families are stable because of schools and whatnot but children are far worse than pets. And all of this is stereotypes. Landlords refuse people up front due to them and miss on good tenants.
