Would never pay it I argue parking most times. When the debt collector are involved it’s a scare tactic. Tell them you have appealed the fine and are in despite and ask the council to take you to court if they do not agree with appeal . They have no legal authority to decide things themselves. if you have a letter in appealing ticket with in the first 14 days they can only take you to court for £30 as this was the price at time you disputed it. They continue to increase it but every time they write to you re send a letter saying I don’t agree with your out come please take this matter to court. Very unlikely worth their money. |
