I am not saying they should move into an unfactored, run down building on Alison street or anything. But there are tons of nice little flats in quiet buildings all over Govanhill that would be perfect for a student. You will certainly see some overcrowding and fly tipping but the area wouldn't be too dangerous for a student or anything and a lot of the flats there can be quite nice.
