| Comment | Anecdotal, but I've been told by a fair few rough sleepers in the city centre that what they've been offered was routinely unsafe, rife with drugs, etc. There will be many, many reasons why this is not an option for some of them. It's by no means the clear cut issue you describe it as. It's a very complex set of issues that will require complex solutions and empathy towards those who unfortunately find themselves in such situations, not complete and utter cuntery from the likes of yourself.
